Terms of use

Short, because this site sells nothing and takes no payment. It describes what we do and gives you a way to reach us.

Last updated 4 September 2026

Who you are agreeing with

HANKERNEST TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, of Dayalbagh, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. Using this website means accepting what is written here.

What this site is

A description of a programme we run in schools, the skills inside it, and the reasoning behind them, together with a way to start a conversation with us. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract. Any work we do for a school is governed by a separate written agreement with that school.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or regulatory advice. Where we describe a CBSE circular we name it and link the document so you can read the original, and you should. Our reading of a circular is our reading of it, not a ruling.

What you may do with what is here

Read it, print it, and show it to your colleagues and your management. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.

The text, drawings, page designs and the name Hankernest belong to us. The photographs are ours and show real children, so they may not be reused at all, in any context, for any purpose. Circulars and guidelines we host as downloads belong to the bodies that issued them; they are here for convenience and you should treat the issuing body's copy as authoritative.

What we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every word is current: circulars change and deadlines move. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it, and you should verify anything you are about to act on.

We do not promise the site is always available. It is a static site on ordinary hosting and it will occasionally be down.

Writing to us

The forms here open your own email application; nothing reaches us until you send it. What happens to what you send is set out in our privacy policy. Do not send us anything confidential, and do not send us a child's personal details.

Links out

We link to other sites where they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain.

Which law applies

Indian law. The courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Changes

We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top moves with them.
