DESIGNED BY EDUCATORS · BUILT FOR CLASSROOMS

We help schools and colleges teach creativity as a skill.

A creative-education company built on eight years of classroom work and ongoing research, run by an educator.

WHO WE ARE

Creativity, treated as a skill schools can actually build.

Hankernest is a creative-education company. We work with schools and colleges across India to build programmes that take creativity seriously as a learnable skill, not as a personality trait some students have and others don’t.
Most schools want creative learners. Few have a way to actually build them. We’ve spent eight years working out how, in classrooms with real timetables, real educators, and real academic responsibilities.

01 · FUNDAMENTAL

Educators before equipment

Pedagogy first. Tools earn their place only when they add real value.

01 · FUNDAMENTAL

Fit before ambition

Designed for the timetable you already have, not the one you wish you had.

01 · FUNDAMENTAL

Implementation before expansion

Year-long structured engagement, chosen over one-off events.

WHO WE SERVE

One pedagogy, shaped for three kinds of educators.

Whoever you are, start where it fits your role. Every programme is built on the same classroom-tested approach.

FOR SCHOOLS

Bringing creative thinking into Indian classrooms

ATL implementation, CSL preparation for the August 2027 mandate, teacher capacity building, and year-long classroom programmes that fit your timetable.

FOR COLLEGES

Bridging classrooms and the world outside

Faculty Development Programmes anchored in research, and Online Internships that take learning out of the lecture hall.

FOR EDUCATORS

For teachers building their craft

The Founding Cohort certification, ATL & CSL Management Training, and Learncations — all built on the same pedagogy as our institutional work.

I’ve taught in classrooms in three countries now. The challenges are different. The thing that works is always the same: a teacher who knows how to make space for thinking.
