WHAT WE'VE NOTICED
The gap isn't between colleges and industry. It's between theory and craft.
Indian higher education has spent a decade trying to “bridge industry.” More guest lectures. More placement drives. More certifications. The placement numbers improve. The actual gap doesn’t.
Because the gap was never about industry exposure. It’s about whether students have practised the craft of building, breaking, and shipping things. That practice has to be designed into how courses are taught and how internships are structured. That’s where we work.
Practised craft is what closes the gap. Exposure doesn’t.
