Our DIagniosis
The lab gets built. The kit arrives. A few weeks of enthusiasm follow, and then the room slowly empties. Teachers feel under-prepared. Students lose interest. The lab opens only when an inspection is announced.
This isn’t a problem of equipment. The labs are well-stocked. It’s a problem of pedagogy, capacity, and fit. We’ve watched it happen in eight years of fieldwork. The Composite Skill Lab mandate due in August 2027 is on course to repeat the pattern, unless schools approach it differently from the start.

OUR APPROACH
We believe creativity is a skill, not a personality trait. It can be taught, practised, and built into the rhythm of an ordinary school week. Our pedagogy, which we call, Think Inside the Boxâ„¢, Â is designed for the classroom you actually have, not the one a vendor wishes you had. It works inside fixed timetables, inside academic responsibility, inside the constraints schools cannot escape.
THE FUNDAMENTALS
WHAT A YEAR LOOKS LIKE

Programmes begin. Training sessions start. We're on campus weekly or fortnightly for the first term to make sure the rhythm establishes.

Students are deep into project work. Teachers are gaining confidence. We shift from leading sessions to coaching teachers who lead them.
