1. Cancellation Policy

• Once an online course has been purchased, cancellations are not allowed after accessing the course content.

• If you accidentally purchased the wrong course, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase for assistance.

• If the course has not been accessed, a cancellation request may be considered within 7 days of purchase.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

1. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course, a full refund will be provided.

2. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our platform and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Delivery of Course: If the course content is not made available within 48 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

No Refund Will Be Provided If:

• You have accessed more than 20% of the course content.

• You request a refund due to a change of mind.

• You claim the course is not what you expected but have completed a substantial portion of it.

• You purchased the course at a discounted price during a sale.

3. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges for online courses. If you would like to switch to another course, you must request it within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed the original course.

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via info@hankernest.com within 7 days of purchase.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• If the refund is delayed beyond 10 days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
